Yang Fan, Vice President of Feiliks, the head of South China region, and the group visited the Director of Huangpu Customs and Party Secretary Jin Hai on July 14. Zhou Yunbao, Deputy Director of Huangpu Customs, member of the party committee, and other leaders of Huangpu Customs attended the meeting.

Yang Fan introduced the overall business layout and business development of Feiliks Group and South China to Customs Director Jin first. Under the strong support and guidance of Huangpu Customs, Feiliks has carried out a number of business expansions in Dongguan Comprehensive Bonded Zone. In recent years, it has successively conducted new businesses such as bonded maintenance, bonded R&D, international service outsourcing (IC programming center), etc. The business in the comprehensive bonded zone has been developed well, having made contribution to foreign trade import and export of Dongguan. Yang Fan also introduced in detail the project background, development process and medium and long-term business plan of Dongguan Feiliks in building an electronic component distribution center in the comprehensive bonded zone. Yang Fan stated that Feiliks plans to invest RMB 800 million Yuan to build a distribution center for electronic components through business integration and introduction. This is a requirement of the situation and also a strategic plan for Feiliks’ business through its own efforts and the use of comprehensive bonded zone policies. After the completion, it will become supply chain service base of Feiliks in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The Customs Director Jin welcomed the arrival of Feiliks and his group. Both sides conducted in-depth exchanges on the current development status and bottlenecks of the electronic components industry and the customs clearance mode for electronic components. The Customs Director Jin said: On the premise of operating in accordance with laws and regulations, the Customs support Feiliks’ business innovation and expansion. It is hoped that Feiliks can reduce the cost of the component supply chain, optimize the structure of the industrial supply chain, and vigorously develop new business forms such as component trading, design, and R&D, by relying on the distribution center, to make more contributions to the economic development of Dongguan.
