On May 15, 2025, at the opening ceremony of the 16th Shanghai International Logistics Festival, Shanghai Feiliks International Logistics Co., Ltd. was awarded the main formulating unit of the National Standard GB/T 44478-2024 Guidelines for the Application of Incoterms Transport Terms (hereinafter referred to as the Guidelines). This honor is a national certification of Feiliks’ professional abilities.

As an authoritative standard under the National Technical Committee 489 on International Freight Forwarders Logistics of Standardization Administration of China (TC489), the Guidelines was released on September 29, 2024, and will come into effect on January 1, 2025. It marks a significant breakthrough for China in the construction of its rights of speech in international trade rules. As one of the core drafters of the Guidelines, Feiliks, with its 30 years of experience in cross-border supply chain services, systematically sorted out the practical pain points in sea, air and multi-modal transport scenarios, submitted multiple typical cases on key issues, providing key support for the practical implementation of the rules, and transformed the company’s years of practical experience into international rules, thus providing authoritative references for enterprises’ cross-border logistics operations and further facilitated global trade.
